Our PMO (Project Management Office) utilizes structured methodologies to oversee the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical projects. We manage the critical path from procurement and logistics to on-ground installation and technical commissioning. Our commissioning process is exhaustive; we conduct functional performance testing (FPT) to verify that every AHU, transformer, and pump operates as specified in the design phase. We oversee the technical handover process, providing comprehensive O&M (Operation & Maintenance) documentation and staff training to ensure that the facility is ready for operation from day one. Our project managers maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that technical quality is maintained while strictly adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
